All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Mode Store is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Additionally, we cannot be held liable for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Issues with Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately via email at support@modestore.co. Customers have 2 days from the date of delivery to inspect their package and report any issues. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within this timeframe, we will be unable to assist you with the matter.
